Are Card payments secure on your site?

How shall I make payments?
we have different options for payments ,in Pakistan you can pay us against your order id, which will be mailed or appear after placing online order in case if you select Bank option payment, another way is, cash on delivery (COD) .in that case you will pay exact order amount on your doorstep through TCS agent.and for overseas customers we have secure payment gateway 2checkout.com .which is very secure.
Do you people do wholesale?
yes, we do wholesale, as Maysoon is the largest brand in Pakistan for handmade manufacturing clothes we have experienced more than two decades in this industry.
what are the wholesale prices of your products?
we have very low margin in the wholesale and retail prices on our products because we believe in honesty and reasonable prices against servicing goods, not like other designers, those have very high prices, so all wholesale prices vary from product to product, for further you can call us +92-3008408323 or send us a mail through contact form.we will give you best what we can. so there is no fixed percentage.
I haven't received my item. What can I do?
In case if u don’t receive the item, you can call us on over help number +92-3008408323 or you can mail us [email protected].or you can directly track your items through over tracking page Track Your Order.it will ensure you about your order tracking details.
Can we return or exchange products?
Maysoon does not offer any Return or Exchange.
If order product are not same then, can we exchange?
All products purchased from our Site can be exchanged within 07 days only if:
- Exchange request is made within the stated time frame/limit.
- The item(s) is faulty, damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
- The received product(s) differed from the original order.
- Anything is missing from the package including price tags, labels, original packing etc.
In such cases, claims can only be entertained if they are made within 07 days of the original order date.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER ?
1. Maysoon does not offer a “refund” or “money back guarantee” on purchased items.
2. Customers paying via Credit Card or PayPal may cancel within 24 hours of placing the order. Order amount will not be refunded back instead a coupon of the same value will be provided that can be used to purchase from Maysoon within next 60 days.
Maysoon may cancel orders for any reason. Common reasons may include: the item is out of stock, pricing errors or credit card or PayPal payment is declined.
We do not store Credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties

1. Maysoon makes every effort to ensure that product images & descriptions are as accurate as possible. Please note, however, that there might be some minor differences between product images on the website and the actual product. Such variations may come about due to extra embellishments used during shoots which may differ from original products slightly.
Please bear in mind that colors in pictures may vary slightly from actual item due to the lighting during the photo shoot, your device display settings or printing quality of catalog and/or inlay cards.

WHAT ARE SHIPPING COSTS ?
All shipping in Pakistan are free, and for overseas customers, we use DHL or FedEx, shipping cost depends on your region and method of shipping which you choose, for more details pls read our shipping policy page
What is the delivery Time?
We provide shipping all over Pakistan through TCS. Deliveries can take 3-5 business days. Bridal Wear delivery times are determined after reviewing your requirements and the season of delivery. for overseas consumers, it depends on the delivery method you select.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order before the item is shipped.but customize order only can be canceled on the same day of placing the order.
Can I amend my order?
Any amendments can be suggested within 24 hours from the receipt of the order. Any amendment to the original order after 24 hours may be subject to additional charges which will be determined after reviewing the requested changes.
Can I return the product?
We do not accept returns for online orders.
What is the Exchange Policy?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange it for another product. You must bring the article that needs to be exchanged to the nearest Maysoon store within 7 days of purchase along with the original receipt after informing and approval at [email protected].
What if my merchandise is damaged?
We do a detailed check of all our products before packaging it. However, if your purchased item is damaged we will verify it and arrange exchange within 7 days of purchase.for overseas customers pls contact us on the same day as u received your delivery.
